  2. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that personalized items are non-returnable. We take pride in offering personalized products tailored specifically to your preferences and are unable to accept returns for these items unless they are damaged to the extent that they cannot be used or are completely non-functional.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We thoroughly inspect each order before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. To expedite the resolution process, kindly provide photographic evidence of the item's condition, including the packaging, upon delivery.

Upon evaluation and confirmation of the issue, we will determine the appropriate course of action to make it right for you.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return or report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at support@neonbeamz.com. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

Please note that we do not accept any returns without prior authorization. Kindly reach out to us within 7 days after delivery to request a return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval and whether a refund is applicable. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that the refund process may require additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted for an eligible item, the refunded amount will exclude the original shipping cost.
